J.J. Abrams Makes His Marvel Debut With Spider-Man in September

Filmmaker J.J. Abrams is writing a Spider-Man comic.

Spider-Man #1, a five-issue limited series, will be written by Abrams and his son Henry Abrams, with interior art from Sara Pichelli and a cover by Olivier Coipel.

“We’re really excited, there’s a crazy new villain name Cadaverous that we can’t wait for you to meet,” said J.J. Abrams in the Marvel announcement video. “Marvel, been talking to them for a long time about this, so very excited to be doing it, and especially to be doing it with this gentleman (points to his son Henry).”

Spider-Man #1 will be available at Atomik Pop! in September and can be preordered using the order form below..
